Total Reset: Brief explanation

Many people start taking supplements because they want to feel better:

The Total Reset package follows exactly these steps.
What is included in the Total Reset package?
The package consists of 5 products that reinforce each other:

Step 1 - Base: reset your system
You start with the Base Detox.
This is not a “juice cure” or light cleanse,
but a targeted reset of your gut.
What happens:
- fiber and enzymes help loosen built-up residue
- the intestine is literally “cleaned up”
- your body gets space to start over
Many people notice:
- a lighter belly
- better bowel movement
- more clarity and energy
Think of this as cleaning your foundation.
Step 2 - Boost: restore and strengthen
Enzymes
Enzymes help your body digest and absorb food better.
What this does:
- less bloating
- better absorption of nutrients
- more energy from what you eat
Probiotics
After a detox, space is created in your gut.
You want to fill that space with the right bacteria.
Our probiotics:
- support healthy intestinal flora
- help bring back balance
- contribute to your immune system (±80% is in your gut)
This is the phase when your body starts “building” again.
Use
Start with the Boost Enzymes. Of these, take half a bottle or about ⅓ bottle daily, until the box runs out.
Once you are about halfway through the enzymes, start with the Boost Probiotics. Of this, take one sachet dissolved in lukewarm water daily.
Step 3 - Balance + Additional: hold and stabilize.
With the Vitalizer you support:
- your energy
- your hormonal balance
- your overall system (from the inside out)
The goal is not to regress but to create stability.
After all, health is not a peak but something you hold on to.
Use
Daily dosage
- Maintenance dosage: Take 5 ml daily on an empty stomach. Recommended is the antioxidant complex because of its mutually reinforcing effects.
- Higher dose: Take 10 to 20 ml daily, depending on personal need and/or therapeutic advice. If used as a cure, antioxidant complex are highly recommended due to synergistic effects.
